
Pregnancy Yoga
I offer Pre and Postnatal Yoga privately online and in person in Leeds.
Prenatal classes are designed to support you physically and emotionally throughout Pregnancy, birth and beyond.
My signature approach blends Hatha Yoga, somatics, functional mobility, meditation, breathwork and deep rest. Some classes will also include hypnobirthing, sonic massage and/or Yoga Nidra.
This carefully considered range of practices is designed to deepen your connection with your body, tune into your instincts, build trust in your intuition and find your flow.
In my pregnancy yoga classes you will:
🌱 Work with and get to know your body as it changes and address common pregnancy symptoms.
🌱 Improve posture, mobility, balance and responsivity in your core and pelvic floor.
🌱 Prepare for birth mentally, emotionally and physically including practicing tools and techniques for labour such as breath work and bio-mechanics.
🌱 Connect with your inner worlds, improve body literacy and heighten trust in your intuition.
🌱 Bond and build your relationship with your baby.
🌱 Rest, relax and regulate your nervous system.
Classes are suitable from 13 weeks. Beginners are welcome as are experienced yogi’s and everyone in between – classes meet you where you are.
I have a lending library of pregnancy and birth books you are welcome to borrow from if you are attending a block of classes or working with me privately.
Regular Pregnancy Yoga Classes
My regular classes at Yoga Hero have now finished due to the closure of the studio. I am not currently offering a regular in person pregnancy class.
I do offer cover for other Leeds based studios. You can find any additional classes on my Instagram or get in touch if you would like to book cover.

Work 1-1 with me

Embodied Pregnancy
This is my signature one to one pregnancy program of mentorship through the sacred spiral of birth and re-birth into motherhood. A truly embodied journey into motherhood. We will take a somatic deep dive together through the landscapes of body, psyche and soul. You will receive 1-1 tailored Embodiment sessions, pre-recorded practices, birth planning, virtual support until 6 weeks post birth and a birth witnessing session. This is an invitation to unwind the patterns holding you back from yourself and reclaim your forgotten parts, in preparation for the descent.
Support and pricing for this offer is bespoke and tailored to your needs.

Pre and Postnatal 1-1 Yoga
You can book private Pre/Postnatal Yoga sessions individually or as a block. These can be a blend of the different services I offer including Yoga, Functional mobility for the core and pelvic floor, Yoga Nidra, bio-mechanics for birth and active birth. A partner can join you for these sessions if you wish.
These sessions are currently on offer from £37 standalone or £111 for a block of three.

I also offer a community yoga class at Open Source Arts on Kirkstall Road, Fridays at 18:15. My general classes are always suitable if you are pre or postnatal (from 13 and 10 weeks respectively). You can find my current schedule and book those here. Booking for my own classes is through an external site, Ticket Tailor.
Most of my workshops and events are also suitable during Pregnancy and Postpartum, please see the description. The only exception is Yin style yoga, as this has long holds, which I would advise to avoid during pregnancy and until around 6 months postpartum.
All my own offerings use sliding scale pricing and I offer Pay as You Can Afford options to those with a low income or experiencing financial hardship. No-one turned away for lack of funds.
